Open-faced Pigs

Mmmm breakfast, who doesn’t like breakfast foods? ( Don’t answer you breakfast haters)
This is a quick multi-feeder breakfast you can make before, refrigerate & warm back up.

4 cans “layers” biscuits (10 count)
1 pack little cocktail sausages (minimum 40 count)
11 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to biscuit temp, mine was 400°.  I let them warm up a little so they were more malleable. I also chose honey flavored biscuits!
Flatten and pull biscuit into a thin patty.
Fold a slice of cheese into thirds and place a third on the biscuit, making sure it doesn’t hang over the edge of the biscuit (it burns badly).
Place a sausage on the cheese and roll up & pinch opposite biscuit ends together.
Place formed pig on the pan, you can fit 15 on a standard cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Pigs will unroll slightly. Let cool. Pull off pan & eat or let cool completely & bag to refridgerate. Serve with condiments of your choice.
