Cherry Slab Pie failure

I used a recipe from one of my favorite food bloggers. This “pie” tastes great but the dough she recommended (no refrigeration) performed poorly. I will not try to make another dessert with that dough again! Here’s the link to her filling recipe, but I suggest you use your own favorite pie dough! You will need to make enough to cover the bottom of a 15×10 rimmed cookie sheet & to top it off. It will look slightly like a large pop tart in all honesty.
