You can enter your inches, your weight, your favorite recipes (it breaks down the calories for you per serving!) and every eaten and drank thing daily. It gives you a number of calories to shoot for, and adds some back if you are active. For you who need to drink more water, it can help you total that as well. I really like the app, it does not pick on your for your choices, but it does make food journaling that much easier and appealing.
